Patent Hearing Services (India)
Service Overview
When objections raised in a First Examination Report (FER) are not fully resolved through written submissions, the Indian Patent Office may call for a hearing. Attending a patent hearing is crucial to address examiner concerns directly and argue for the grant of the patent. Khurana & Khurana (K&K), consistently ranked by Legal 500, IAM, and Chambers & Partners, has a strong track record of representing clients effectively before Controllers at the Patent Office.
